We have gathered that Chris Brown will earn not less than a whooping $1 Million to perform at rLG’s Hope City Launch Concert.
Our investigations have revealed that the A-list Grammy Award winner doesn’t take anything less than a million bucks to perform, especially if the gig is outside the United States and the United Kingdom.
Due to the gargantuan charges of Chris Brown, our sources have disclosed that the Chief Finance Officer of Vodafone Ghana kicked the idea of having Chris Brown for last year’s 020 Live.
In an interaction on Twitter, Kwaku Sintim-Misa (KSM) has described the development as a waste of money.
The award winning Satirist and businessman believes the million dollar paycheck for Breezy could rather have been invested in developing local talent.
He tweeted, “wished they had invested money in developing local talent: But, it’s THEIR MONEY and they are free to decide how to waste it!”
Award winning Gospel artiste Nii Okay also believes it is just unnecessary to dole out such an amount to Breezy. He simple tweeted “Sua tra”which literally means “copying blindly”.
The Hope City Launch Concert is in commemoration of the sod-cutting of a new technology village – Hope City, proudly powered by rlg.
The concert is produced by Charter House Ghana. It comes off on the 5th of March at the Ohene Gyan Sports Stadium.
R2Bees, D-Black, Efya, Samini and the evergreen Sherrifa Gunu will share the stage with Chris Brown
