Nigeria to begin Youth Title defence against Mali

The
race to replace Nigeria as the African Youth Champions begins this
Saturday with hosts Algeria playing Benin in Ain Temouchent. Defending
champions , Nigeria start quest to retain their title with a clash
against Mali the following day Sunday 17th in Oran. The semi-finalists qualify for FIFA U-20 World Cup finals to be played from 21stJune to 13th
July 2013 in Turkey. Since 1991 the current eight (8)team format was
adopted and here are the facts and figures so far at the finals.
