Pope Francis and Ex-Pope Benedict

Former Pope Benedict has returned to the Vatican, two months after he stepped down.
He was flown by helicopter from the Castelgandolfo papal summer residence to live permanently in Vatican City.
He was greeted by Pope Francis as he arrived and was driven the short distance to his new accommodation.
Emeritus Pope Benedict, 86, was last seen more than a month ago and there has been speculation that his health has declined.
